In April and May 2016 we acted for Microgen Financial Systems in its acquisition of specialist software developer InfoScreen (Cyprus) Limited. Microgen Financial Systems is one of the two operating businesses of Microgen plc, a UK publicly-listed technology company with over 250 employees and a long heritage of providing software to the global financial services sector. Infoscreen, based in Cyprus with additional offices in Hong Kong and Belgrade, is a wealth management software provider for the trust and corporate services industry.
